Q: How do you onboard new clients?

A: With my practice being online, first we will need to have an online face to face meeting to discuss what services you are looking for and whether I can help you.

Q: How do you communicate with existing clients?

A: The main forms of communication will be by online face to face meetings, secure e-mail and mobile phone.

Q: What is a UTR number?

A: UTR stands for a unique tax reference number, which is a 10 digit number that uniquely identifies an individual, partnership or limited company for tax purposes. This number is issued by HMRC and a tax return cannot be filed without it.

A: Generally you will only need to file a self assessment when you receive taxable income that has not been taxed at source or if you sold assets that are subject to capital gains. If in doubt please contact me.

Q: Do you provide registered office services?

A: This service is not provided by my business, however there are many companies that are set up to provide this type of service.
